2024 Multiculturalism Fun Day

Since its founding in 2019, the Golden Maple Chinese Seniors Association has been committed to creating a supportive environment for seniors to communicate and learn. Here, seniors can continue to learn, enjoy life, help each other, and build meaningful friendships. They happily become part of the warm Golden Maple family.

We offer a wide range of engaging activities, including online classes such as knitting, recitation, joyful singing, and discussions about driving. We also have intergenerational programs that keep up with the times, including computer skills and spoken English classes taught one-on-one by volunteers.

In-person activities include a table tennis club, an electronic wind instrument ensemble, a vocal salon, Tai Chi, chess, and three dance teams with different styles (folk, Xinjiang, and Latin dance).

With 17 diverse programs, Golden Maple promotes the physical and mental well-being of nearly 250 senior members, helping them enjoy their golden years, integrate into the community, and continue to live active and fulfilling lives.
