Foreword
In 2025, the Golden Maple Chinese Seniors Association (GMCSA) launched a new government-funded initiative titled "Food, Nutrition, Culinary Arts, and Health." The program, designed by the Golden Maple Research Group, is divided into seasonal themes-spring, summer, autumn, and winter. We have already introduced the first installment, "Spring Nourishment: Dishes, Cooking, and Wellness."
